What Sets Us Apart?
Precise Functionality
Garnet, because of its hardness and cutting ability, is the abrasive grain used for water jet cutting applications.
Blasting with garnet results in a safe, cost-effective cleaning and surface preparation operation. Durability offers multiple turns, leading to savings on consumption, shipping, and disposal.
Garnet has the cutting ability to reach bare metal, removing corrosion or coatings. It can achieve mil profile finishes for most coating applications.
Garnet is ideal for use on ferrous and non-ferrous materials, whereas, other types of media may present cross contamination concerns on aluminum and stainless steel.
Not too hard, not too soft
Crushed Glass is classified as a semi-hard abrasive. It’s aggressive enough to remove many coatings and paints. With the right technique and approach, it can also be used on fiberglass boat bottoms, some wood materials, commercial masonry, and other sensitive substrates that harder abrasives would ruin.
